The only place with
every label.
Hakurosuishu is sold only through specialist retailers. At the shop inside our brewery you’ll find every label — from junmai daiginjo to our long-aged COSH COSH and the 300ml tasting series.
We also carry our bottled Gassan deep water and brewery goods such as maekake aprons and T-shirts. Drop in on your way to Mt. Gassan and Mt. Haguro.

The Gassan deep water we brew with, bottled without heat sterilisation, in 1.8L and 720ml bottles. For dashi, tea and rice — or as a chaser between sips of sake.
